Celebrate Father’s Day in Bronte

Father’s Day (June 19) is just around the corner and Bronte has everything you need to show the dads in your life that you love them. Here’s a list of our favourite ideas to give your celebrations that unmistakable Bronte vibe.

We’ve got patios galore! Book a reservation at one of our exceptional restaurants and enjoy a meal together.

Give the gift of time – literally – and visit Tradition to check out their collection of watches from the 18th century to the present.

Make your dad feel dapper! We have 6 barbershops that are ready to make your dad look and feel his best.

Take a stroller-friendly walk through the village and check out 100 hand-painted Muskoka Chairs.

Or, visit Bronte on two wheels. Bike the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail linking Burlington and Port Credit. Bronte is the perfect spot to pause or end your cycling journey.

Bronte is accessible from all directions and by multiple modes of transportation – visitors can walk, take the bus, GO Train, drive or cycle. We have hundreds of free and paid parking spots. A reminder to only park in private parking lots if you are shopping/dining on that property; don’t step off the lot. Towing is in effect.

The pathways at the park and district sidewalks are wheelchair, stroller and feet-friendly and the public washroom at Fisherman’s Wharf is open.

There’s so much to see and do in Bronte. Here’s to your dad on his special day!
