Art for All at The Bronte Legion

Over the past four days, Filipino-Canadian artist, Chris Perez, transformed the south-facing wall of The Bronte Legion into a spectacular work of remembrance and art.

With a goal of making art accessible to everyone, Chris’ murals bring colour, connection and conversation to public spaces and offer people a chance to enjoy art outside of the traditional gallery experience.

Thanks to the wonderful team at The Bronte Legion – led by Kerry, Connie and Janette – for spearheading this public art project and for inviting Chris to use The Legion as a canvas. The project was funded by the Bronte BIA.

We invite you to come see this masterpiece at 79 Jones Street – a place where we hope you’ll feel welcomed by, connected to and proud of.
