At Home in Bronte Muskoka Chair Project

The Bronte BIA is excited to announce that the At Home in Bronte Muskoka Chair Project is back for its 9th edition in 2026!

This year, we’re inviting residents, families, businesses, schools, and community groups to help us paint 50+ new Muskoka chairs for Bronte’s waterfront. Each chair is more than just a seat – it’s a unique canvas, a storytelling piece, and a vibrant addition to our public spaces

BUM Outdoor Furniture is our generous project sponsor in helping bring this public art tradition to life. Learn more about the project here!

Bronte Legion Trivia Night

Every Thursday evening, The Bronte Legion hosts the BEST Trivia in Oakville! Everyone is welcome, but because of how popular this event has become, please call or come early to book your spot. If you don’t have team, stop by The Legion and they’ll do their best to find you a team to join.

13th Annual Veteran’s Fishing Derby

Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park

Saturday, June 13, 2026 is the Annual Veteran’s Salmon Derby in Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park. Recognize the service of Canadian veterans while you enjoy a FREE outdoor adventure on Lake Ontario!

Meet at 6AM under the gazebo for a day of fishing with veterans, followed by an afternoon BBQ, fish weigh-in and awards ceremony. Register in advance.

Bronte Lake Notes 2026

Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park – Sails Stage

Bronte Lake Notes is returning to the sails stage Thursdays at 7pm in Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park. Featuring contemporary music from hot local bands, these FREE concerts are for everyone – young and old – and invite audiences to dance, sing and celebrate together while enjoying gorgeous views of the harbour.

This event is presented by The Bronte BIA.

Art in the Park 2026

Art in the Park is back Monday, August 3, 2026 from 10AM to 5PM! The event will feature more than 180 artists and artisans from across Canada. Every medium will be represented, from traditional oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings to glass, ceramics, photography, mixed media, sculptures and fine jewellery.

Bring your pup – dogs are welcome!

Admission is $10 for one, $15 for two(cash only), children 12 and under are free.

CRAFT Live Afro-Caribbean Canadian Waterfront Fete

Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park

Come together to dance, sing and celebrate the vast contributions and influences of African, Caribbean and Black Canadians in shaping our community, culture and economy.

Produced by BLingeventsinternational, the event will feature amazing music (Soca, Calypso, Reggae, Steelpan, R&B, Afro Beats, Disco, Jazz, Blues, and Funk & Soul!) vendors and a live DJ. Free and fun for all ages, this celebration of culture is not to be missed!
