No Fireworks for Canada Day
For hopefully the last time, there will be no Canada Day celebrations, including fireworks, in Bronte due to COVID gathering restrictions. However, as a designated tourism destination, Bronte businesses can be open as per current health & safety protocols and the area will be busy – so take advantage:
- Open your business!
- Update holiday hours on Google and your website
- Promote that parking is free parking on holidays
- Decorate your store and patio for the occasion!
- Encourage visitors at less busy times
- Offer Canada Day promotions
Large gatherings and personal fireworks are not permitted. Police and bylaw enforcement will be patrolling local waterfront parks to ensue compliance.
