Earth Week 2022: Pitch-In for a Clean, Green and Litter-Free Bronte
Did you know that Bronte was the original location for Oakville’s Earth Day Clean Up in 1992?
Today, the event has flourished into a widely anticipated annual activity that brings thousands of residents together in support of a “clean, green and litter-free” community.
Join us on Saturday, April 23 from 9-11am and help beautify Bronte and promote respect for nature. Bronte is home to two clean up locations: (1) Bronte Bluffs Park and (2) Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park.
Organized by the Oakville Community Centre for Peace, Ecology and Human Rights, volunteers will be greeted by Event Coordinators and provided with bags and disposable gloves. No registration is required.
