Business Impact Survey – Tariffs
In response to the potentially significant economic impact of the recent tariff measures proposed between the U.S. and Canada on trade, a cross-departmental Task Force has been convened at the Town of Oakville. The Task Force will assess, develop, and report on legally-and financially-viable municipal responses to trade and procurement.
The Town’s Economic Development team is seeking input from local businesses to better understand the impacts of potential tariffs. Survey deadline is March 7.
