Bronte BIA Annual Tree-Lighting Celebration is November 23!
The Businesses of the Bronte BIA present At Home in Bronte for the Holidays on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 3pm to 7pm in Bronte Market Square.
This is your official invitation to bundle-up, pack your jingle bells and ring-in the season with friends and neighbours because it’s going to be a tree-mendously merry time!
Come and delight in…
- A chance to meet and take photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus (3pm to 5pm) – make sure to bring your letter to Santa because we’ll have a mailbox on site!
- Skating on our (synthetic) rink – free skate rentals available!
- Live music by Gigi Noche (3pm) and Ol’ Timey Doctors (4pm) and MattErrs Psylence (6pm)
- Caroling (5pm to 5:45pm) with The Tempus Choral Society
- A holiday market along Lakeshore Rd W with 20+ vendors
- A doggy photobooth presented by The Dog House Spa
- BeaverTails and Shircuterie Co. food trucks with lots of seating to enjoy your treat!
- Official community tree lighting is at 5:30pm with special guests MPP Crawford, Mayor Burton and Ward 1 Town Councillors Sean O’Meara and Jonathan McNeice
Guests are encouraged to bring items to donate in support of Safetynet, which relies on community donations to provide free wrap-around services to financially disadvantaged families. Requested items include: socks (all sizes), men’s underwear, gloves, hats and scarves. There will be a bin on-site to collect donations.

LOCATION: Bronte Market Square – 2445 Lakeshore Rd W & on Lakeshore Rd W
PARKING: Check out our parking map here. (1) There are hundreds of free spots at our waterfront parking lot on Ontario St., or (2) park underground at The Village off of Bronte Rd in the designated “Retail Visitor” spaces.
Please don’t park in the lot behind Denninger’s or Por Vida.
