Help for Proof of Vaccination Policy

Guidelines are now available to help businesses implement the proof of vaccination requirements for indoor dining, gyms and other businesses starting September 22, 2021.

For example, photo ID isn’t required; the customer’s name and date of birth are the key pieces of info. Read more.

The Ontario government is developing an enhanced vaccine certificate with a unique QR and verification app for use by October 22, 2021. More guidelines to come.

Ontarians can print or download their vaccination receipt from the provincial booking portal.
