67 Years Spinning at Heaney’s Barber and Hairstyling

1956      Jack Heaney installed the barber pole on Lakeshore Road in Bronte, Oakville, Ontario

2023      The pole is coming down on Saturday July 15, 2023 at 5pm (closing time)

67          Years of heaps of hair and loyal customers we are honoured to call our friends!

THE HEANEY CLAN IS COMING!

Jack’s seven children, spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will be there to bring the Heaney barber pole down. We have had the greatest pleasure getting to know and often meeting your spouses, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Hope you can come see us and celebrate the closure of Bronte’s oldest barber shop and share some stories.

Sandy started with Heaney’s 31 years ago. Pam joined us in 1997, starting the hair dressing service 26 years ago. Sally joined ten years ago then Dawn and Sam helped us fight through Covid.

As we move into our new location at Hopedale Mall, our number remains the same. Give us a call at 905-827-4681 – the Heaney phone number will live beyond 67 years!
